First Meeting
At Rennick Group, we believe every great project begins with a conversation. Early in the process, we like to meet one-on-one with potential clients to understand the vision, goals, and needs for the project.
Building a home requires trust, respect, and open communication. These initial meetings give us the opportunity to listen carefully and understand what matters most to you. Our goal is to make sure we are aligned from the beginning while honoring your ideas and the vision you have for your home.
These first conversations are not about selling ourselves. They are about getting to know each other and determining if we are the right fit to work together. Sometimes that means walking your property, reviewing inspiration photos, or simply hearing the story behind what you hope to build.
If helpful, we’re also happy to show you a current project under construction so you can see how our process works, or visit a completed project to understand the level of craftsmanship and detail we strive for.
From there, we can begin discussing the early stages of planning, timelines, and how the construction process would move forward.
